Membership Agreement

1. License Grant

Provided that you fully and continuously comply with these Terms of Use, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, to use and display the following on a single device:

(a) portions of the Service that are accessible free of charge via the website or are authorized to be accessed free of charge from third-party websites or mobile applications, etc., and (b) other portions of the Service, provided that you have paid the applicable fees and met the applicable conditions, which may be accessed on a paid basis.

2. Subscriptions

You may be required to pay fees to access certain portions of the Service offered on a subscription basis. You are responsible for all such payments and related payment obligations under these Terms of Use. All such payments you make are subject to these Terms of Use and the relevant payment service conditions. We are not liable for any transactions processed by third parties or any payments made to third parties. You acknowledge that the prices and availability of subscriptions we offer related to the Service may change at any time.

3. Automated Payments

We may, from time to time, provide you with automated, periodic, or subscription-based payment methods. If we offer such payment methods, you agree (subject to applicable laws and regulations):

(1) that such purchases or payments are generally made by you in advance;

(2) you authorize the storage of information for your chosen payment method (e.g., credit card information) within our system and billing via your chosen payment method for the relevant time period;

(3) if any payment via your chosen payment method is declined, rejected, or returned for any reason, we may not provide you with the relevant content, or may suspend our provision thereof, until the payment is properly processed; and you shall be liable for any fees, costs, expenses, or other amounts we incur as a result of such decline, rejection, or return (and we may automatically charge you for such amounts).

4. Refund Policy

You agree that any payments you make to us related to subscriptions are final, unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Use. Otherwise, under no circumstances shall we be required to refund any payments you have made to us related to the Service (regardless of usage).

If you believe that we have charged you in error, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, please contact us at support@dnai.network within 30 days of the relevant charge. No refunds will be provided for any erroneous charges after 30 days.

Payment processing services are provided by third-party services through which purchases are made. All purchases may be subject to taxes and other charges, including but not limited to foreign exchange fees or location-based price differences.

iTunes Subscription Notice

We offer direct paid subscriptions via iTunes account credit cards. If auto-renewal for the next subscription period (one year) is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the premium account will automatically renew for the next period.

You cannot cancel the usage of the current subscription period during its term. You can manage or cancel purchases through your iTunes account settings.
